As PC&L Customer Service, you will be responsible for receiving and analyzing customer requirements to integrate the demand into the production plan. Ensure customer satisfaction. Provide accurate and timely information to the shipping area, to meet customer needs, according to the quantity required, the product requested and the delivery time desired by them. Follow up on deliveries and shipment of commercial documents, transmission of ASNs, and administration of customer portals in the logistics areas.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Meet, analyze, understand and anticipate the Client's requirements.
· Guarantee customer satisfaction: supervise daily activities in the shipping area, anticipate customer requirements while maintaining a good relationship with them, manage each of their changes in their systems and products.
· Track deliveries (ASN) and documentation sent to the client.
· Ensure compliance with client deliveries. Contact with the client.
· Ensure that the finished product is delivered to the customer on time and in quantity.
· Track shipments, report failures.
· Ensure that logistics activities meet the group's requirements regarding ESP, IP, Safety, Quality and FES.
· Monitoring of transport and direct delivery to customers.
· Comply with the provisions of the code of ethics and administration.
· Define sales strategy and customer satisfaction with the Logistics Manager
· Coordinate improvement actions that allow increasing the efficiency of the area's processes
· Ensure the correct billing of the material delivered to the client in conjunction with Finance.
· Monitoring of transport and direct delivery to customers and fedex.
· Analyze the MPM's in order to propose improvement plans.
· Ensure compliance with the client's delivery performance indicators and their action plans according to their objectives.
· Request freight and expedited approval
· Ensure compliance with delivery of spare parts.
· Reconcile sales with customers against their receipts.
Key requirements:
· 2 years of customer service experience in the automotive industry.
· Fluent English
· SAP, EDI, covisint.
· Customer portals.
· Quality standards of IATF 16949:2016
· 8D's & root cause analysis.
