?Main responsabilities:
Production planning and management (production preparation, planning, delivery)
- Review the planning for the next four weeks in advance to anticipate any future restrictions
- Check the availability of all the resources needed to accomplish the plan
- Do the changeovers and set ups needed to accomplish the planning
- Review the correct configuration and parameters at start up
- Manage the human, material, and equipment resources in production department to ensure their efficient allocation and optimal utilization
On-site management (5S)
- Audit the 5s of the workshop and ask for the corrective actions
- Propose improvement actions based on experience
- Seek to improve production efficiency, reduce waste, and implement continuous improvement methods to enhance productivity
- Safety Management: Ensure that the production processes comply with safety standards, establish safety policies and procedures to prevent accidents.
Exception management (quality, problem handling)
• Verify that the SOPs are updated and ask for improvements if is needed
• Follow up about the corrective actions
• Follow up the preventive actions
Help to find out the root cause of the main quality problems
People management (training, shifts, work arrangements)
- Recruit, train, and manage the production team
- Train the technicians and line leaders
- Ask in advance for headcount in the case of new products Development of tools to follow up all the human resources
Coordination between departments

?Qualification
1. Education: a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as, industrial engineering, production management, automation, or a related discipline.
2. Experience: at least 10 years of production management experience in the cosmetic packaging manufacturing industry.
3. Culture: In-depth understanding of local Mexican culture, agree with the company values, which is “Customer first”, “Teamwork”, “Realistic and pragmatic”, “Result-oriented”, and “Continuous Improvement, Constant Innovation”; and demonstrates loyalty to the company.
4. Leadership: be able to lead, influence, motivate, grow, and retain the production team effectively.
5. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze production data and issues and take appropriate actions to address challenges.
6. Safety Awareness: Emphasis on safety, ability to establish and enforce safety policies and procedures.
7. Continuous Improvement: Ability and willingness to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
8. English: Expert (must)
Compensation
> Monthly salary ? MXN50,000.
> Monthly skill allowance: could be offered based on the candidate's ability.
> Christmas bonus: 15 days.
> Saving Fund: 4%.
> Food coupons: 4%.
> Year-end performance bonus:15% as of annual base salary.
