Production Line Leader (Supervisor de producción)
-Leading and running box build assembly production line according production schedule
-Set up molds and operate injection machines according to the production schedule.
Basic Knowledge:
-Knowledge of product specifications and production standards
-Production line experience in a related industry
-Knowledge of industry regulations
-Use of computers and office software
-Collaboration skillsleadership skills
-Knowledge of plastic product specifications and production standards.
-Knowledge of plastic injection machine operation.
-Knowledge of specific plastic injection materials, tools, and equipment.
-Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
-Availability to rotate shifts.
Additional:
-Experience in a supervisory role preferred.
-Exceptional organizational.
-Time management abilities.
-Reading and writing English.
Responsibilities and Functions Description:
-Preparing work schedules and assigning workers production line tasks.
-Evaluating incoming orders and setting up the production line accordingly.
-Optimizing production line efficiency by monitoring productivity and quality.
-Identifying and resolving production line problems in a timely manner.
-Performing recordkeeping tasks, including inventory management and order tracking.
-Training and supervising new production line workers.
-Collaborating with other departments to ensure that orders are completed on time.
-Maintaining a fully operational, safe, and tidy work environment.
-Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
-Parameters, meet quality standards and all production goals.
-Provide feedback on mold design and in conjunction with engineering define each mold for optimal cycle time and quality.
-Operate, monitor and troubleshoot processing, perform preventative maintenance, document process changes.
-Ensure that injection molding machines, auxiliary equipment and processes are configured according to regulations.
-Set up and start up molding machines, reading drawings, checking products with calipers and other methods, as well as testing devices.
-Perform tool and die changes at the end of each production cycle.
