Join an American Company that finance, buys and sells used cars. Post Close Specialist will assist the post closing team lead to verify adherence to all policies and procedures, including but not limited to customer information safeguards and compliance.

Job Responsibilities:

• adhere to all tricolor policies and procedures, as well as all state and federal regulations make sure deal jackets are completed on time (100%)
• good communication with the manager of loan processing and loan processor specialist of any issues regarding the deals jackets
• advise and inform underwriter of issues affecting loan status
• report to the manager of loan processing for development opportunities
• assure all customer information is entered on the system using idms
• maintain required standards set by the company
• create reports weekly showing any pending titles
• ensure vehicle registration documentation is provided to title clerks in a timely manner
• communicate with accounting on issues related to vehicle registrations
• follow up with any green sheets and follow up with customers making sure gets done
• other miscellaneous duties (possibly including the handling of plates and titles)
