Descripción del empleoThe Organizational Development (OD) Manager is responsible for leading initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness through strategic planning, leadership development, talent management, and performance improvement. The OD Manager works closely with senior management to identify organizational needs and implement programs that align with the company's goals and culture.
RequisitosKey Responsibilities:1.Strategic Planning and Development:- Develop and implement OD strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
- Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and growth.
2.Leadership and Talent Development:- Design and deliver leadership development programs.
- Identify and develop high-potential employees for succession planning.
- Facilitate training workshops and seminars.
3.Change Management:- Lead and manage change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
- Develop communication plans to support change initiatives.
4.Performance Management:- Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and development plans.
- Implement tools and processes to measure and improve employee performance.
5.Employee Engagement:- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to enhance job satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct surveys and analyze feedback to identify and address employee concerns.
6.Organizational Culture:- Promote and maintain a positive organizational culture.
- Implement programs and initiatives that support the company's values and mission.
7.Project Management:- Lead and manage OD projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure project objectives are met.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational development, talent management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in leading change initiatives and managing complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of OD principles, practices, and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR-related software.
