The People Analyst is an entry role responsible for supporting drive strategic People initiatives across the Business Groups and Orbia. The position collaborates closely with People Team and other stakeholders to support improvements, innovative solutions creation, and measure the impact of People programs.
2.-KEY RESPONSABILITIES
Supports the development and implementation of HR initiatives (such as projects and events).
Assists in managing project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive project execution and achieve desired outcomes.
Provides support to the global HR team, developing communication materials and actively assisting the team.
Responsible for updating internal platform content, ensuring alignment with branding guidelines.
3.- REQUIREMENTS
Academic Level: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
Advanced English.
At least six months to one year of experience in Human Resources.
Microsoft Office.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, global environment.
Use of tools (i.e. Share Point, Canva platform, monday,com, etc.)
