Your Tasks
Role Purpose:
The Senior Brand Manager is responsible for driving the growth of the brand and its portfolio by identifying opportunities in the market, while ensuring the perfect execution of the Marketing Plan contributing to the company goals.
Main Accountabilities:
Strategy and business planning
Analyzing the brand and current strategy and highlighting areas of weaknesses and threats, opportunities, and strengths
Develop local activities to generate brand penetration and consumption
Lead launches, coordinate and provide MU guidelines for marketing activities
Co-lead with Precision Marketing Digital Campaign (analysis, execution and learnings)
Define the annual game plan for owned brand categories and ensure best in class execution across the areas
Developing the brand strategy and ensuring that all the marketing activities and communication are aligned with the brand goals
Working closely with different departments and countries engaging them to achieve the common goals
Developing and sustaining strong working relationships with all stakeholders
Ensuring all aspects of the supply chain aligned with the brand and commercial needs
Ensure marketing inputs in the S&OP meetings
Realistic forecasting of sales, volume and Market Shares for the brand ensuring all parts of the company are geared accordingly
Championing the brand internally making sure all elements of the company understand the brand and its goals.
Support and establish a strong relationship with regional and global teams.
Developing high quality and effective marketing materials that align correctly with the overall brand strategy & GBU.
Lead MU initiatives tracking
Tracking for principal KPI´s
Managing external agencies and ensuring marketing budgets are met.
Support with top management presentations.
Finance
Excellent P&L management ensuring the brand profitability
Analyze/interpret financial statements
Draft and manage marketing budget & P&L
Identify pricing opportunities
Your Profile
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Education
Bachelor's degree on Marketing, Management Business Administration, Industrial Engineer or similar is required
Master's degree will be a plus

Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
Highly creative with ability to think out of box
Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working with numbers, metrics, and spreadsheets
Advanced English
Excellent knowledge of Nielsen
Experience
2-4 years solid experience in Marketing in FMCG.
Experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
