Role SummaryAccount specialist, and the wider account management team, are the bridge between the requestors and the internal agency. Overseeing customer account management including deadlines. Building strong customer relationships. They are responsible for ensuring that the internal agency is meeting the requestor's needs, working with all the key agency functions.
Main Tasks• Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer account management issues.
• Negotiate scope of delivery, correctly understand the assignment for the entire team involved in the execution of the assignment.
• Co-create proposals and presentations to advocate proposals to clients.
• Take responsibility for budgets and deadlines.
• Manage project teams on multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Build and maintain strong and long-term relationships with clients.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key procurement clients.
• Marketing Specialist has an excellent general overview of complex marketing services - graphic, production, audio, video, offline - print, events, giveaways.
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions in line with customer needs and objectives.
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Develop new business relationships with existing clients.
• Ensures data storage on the DAM repository. Check and keep updated the files (final versions of the edit files, images, fonts and the final assets)
• Identify areas for improvement to enhance the quality of the agency's services.
• Prepare account status reports
• Work with the account team to identify and develop opportunities.
• Work well under pressure and with tight deadlines, even last minute if necessary.
• Assist in resolving challenging client requests or escalating issues when necessary.
• Willingness to develop personal and professional skills, educate yourself in B2B and B2C marketing.
Your Profile - Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, sales or relevant field.
- Written and spoken English MANDATORY.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in a marketing agency.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple account management projects simultaneously with attention to detail..
- Communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Solid experience with Microsoft 365 (especially MS Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive).
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Experience leading project teams.
- Experience delivering solutions focused on customer needs.
- Excellent listening, negotiating and presentation skills.
- Team spirit.
