Objective: Coordinate the resources of the engineering and quality area in order to keep all processes under the control of design according to corporate standards, guarantee the quality from the input of the raw material to its output.

Request:

• Degree: Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial or equivalent completed.
• Solid MSOffice program management.
• Fluent communication in English
• Lean Activities
• Strategic Planning
• Working under pressure and customer requirements

Activities:

• Manage all resources in your area
• Exercise the budget assigned to your area
• Elaborate their annual plans to follow the strategic goals
• Responsible for monitoring and supporting their collaborators in the area plans
• Prepare reports for the OP Management and Ret from Customers
• To attend the meetings of the general management and to convene its collaborators to board when they consider it convenient
• Responsible for detecting knowledge needs and competencies of its collaborators and to attend promptly the development programs or processes assigned by the manager
• Ensure that all activities in your area are orderly, clean and safe
• Care and maintenance of resources so that all facilities, tools and equipment are used and maintained in optimum conditions
• Success Measures: Customer Complaints, Internal defects, Safety, RW/LT Rate
