Important International Company dedicated to manufacturing is looking for a "Production Manager"

Requirements

·        Industrial, electromechanical, mechatronic or related engineering (completed).

·        Minimum experience of 4 years as a Production Manager in the Electromechanical sector (essential).

·        Fluent business English (essential).

·        Availability to travel to China 3 months (training).

·        Availability to take trainings in China and Germany.

·        Have a valid visa and passport (preferred).

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), lean manufacturing, interpretation of electronic diagrams, functional testing processes, SMT assembly.

·        SAP management (warehouses and/or production).

·        Experience in project management.

·        Excellent oral and written communication.

·        Experience in manufacturing processes: SMT, Backend, assembly.

·        Project management and cost reduction.

·        Experience in calculating production efficiency.

·        

Job Responsibilities

·        Supervise manufacturing lines (electromechanics).

·        Manage performance indicators and production control tools.

·        Management of work teams (operational staff and area team leader).

·        Balance lines and use tools for demand vs. capacity analysis.

·        Manage 5S programs.

·        Perform functional testing processes.

·        Dealing with internal and external customers.

·
