The Opportunity
Responsible for providing financial advisory to LATAM´s Procurement Indirects team, consolidation, review and analysis of prices inflations, productivity and cashflow initiatives as of procurement managed spend. In addition, responsible for the transformation and digitalization of Procurement Finance Indirects processes through the collaboration across functional teams. Set and execute a mid/long-term finance agenda for Opex Indirects goods and services tracking, forecasting and visibilit.
Your Impact
As SC Fin Sr Coordinator your responsibilities would consist of
- Track, analyze, consolidate and provide financial advisory to GP Indirects team over current stablished processes such as opex inflations, productivity, cashflow and non labor Procurement LATAM HQ budget.
- Set and track the mid/long-term agenda for Indirects Procurement Finance team in order to achieve internal targets for the sector (making decisions and executing actions)
- Engage with local finance and procurement teams across LATAM to reshape current and start developing processes to exponentially increase the Indirects GP managed opex spend efficiencies and visibility (executing actions & providing consultation)
- Collaborate with subject-matter-experts on the development of tools (PBI, Queries, Alteryx, Mosaic) for the automation of processes in LATAM (executing actions)
- Guide—through the understanding of Procurement Finance processes—the development of tools and processes in order to completely set and standardize: 1) the input throughput, 2) the calculation, 3) the output throughput, and 4) the visualization of data (providing consultation and making decisions)
- Collaborate crossfunctionally to stablish a monthly process that enables procurement Indirects spend visibility and connection with Opex teardown. (Executing actions and making decisions)
- Perform benchmarking analyses to identify opportunities in the industry and across OU´s that could result in benefits in efficiency rates, NOPBT savings, or time reduction for the business (being informed)

¿Who Are We Looking For?
- BA in Finance / Engineering / Economics / Administration
- 2-3 years of experience in Finance/ Supply Chain/ Operations roles
- Usage and knowledge of the Microsoft tools and PowerBI/SQL/VBA
- Strong analytical skills and financial knowledge
- English advanced
- Desirable portuguese
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Persuasive & focused communications to enable management decisions
