We are currently recruiting for a strong Accountant to join a well-respected and growing company. As a small company with international partners, you will be involved in many different areas. Your knowledge of QuickBooks, accounts receivable, inventory, treasury functions and general ledger are essential.

Working closely with management, employees, customers and vendors, you will be responsible for all transactional accounting including month end close and process improvement initiatives.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable function
• Treasury accounting – post transactions, reconcile cash accounts, prepare wires and initiate online payments
• Reconcile corporate credit card
• Journal entries, assist with month-end closing & financial reporting
• Maintain complete master files in QuickBooks (A/R, A/P, Item master, etc)
• Timeliness and accuracy of transacting inventory, shipments and billings
• Serve as a key resource for our organization and provide oversight to ensure that the disbursements and records are complete and accurate
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable.
• Encourage teamwork by collaborating with the team
• Maintaining confidential company information

Must / Required:

• Accounting Degree.
• Bilingual (English Spanish).
• Experience working with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, reconciliation, balance sheets.
• Candidates that are interested in learning

Desired / Ideal:

• Experience working with Quickbooks.
