What will you do
Operational Management:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospitality establishment.
Ensure efficient operations for front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and other guest services.
Implement effective operational procedures, processes, and standards in conjunction with department heads.
Ensure the on-site restaurant, operated by a third party, complies with all agreed service, quality, and brand standards.
Guest Experience:
Ensure that all guests receive top-notch service during their stay.
Handle guest concerns and complaints, ensuring issues are resolved swiftly and guests are satisfied.
Analyze guest feedback to recommend and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Team Leadership and Development:
Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise staff members, ensuring a high standard of service.
Schedule staff shifts, oversee payroll, and manage any staffing concerns or issues.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support ongoing professional development for staff.
Financial Management:
Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cost management in alignment with company objectives.
Identify areas for cost reductions or operational improvements.
Vendor and Inventory Management:
Negotiate and liaise with suppliers, vendors, and external contractors.
Oversee inventory management and ensure optimal stock levels.
Marketing and Branding:
Collaborate with the marketing team to drive occupancy rates, promotional campaigns, and brand initiatives.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitors.
Owner Management and HOA Oversight:
Ensure all fractional ownership rules and usage calendars are followed correctly.
Supervise that owners fulfill their financial responsibilities, including monthly quotas and fees.
Oversee the performance and alignment of the HOA Manager with operational and ownership standards.
Our team is missing someone who has
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in the hospitality industry, with three years in a managerial role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and other related tech tools such as Opera,
Guesty or Cloudbeds.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
A collaborative mindset and a knack for innovative thinking
Advanced conversational English communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure, juggle and prioritize multiple projects and adjust work accordingly, often against tight deadlines

Technical Skills
Property Management Systems: Familiarity with leading PMS platforms, integrating their data with other tools for a cohesive strategy. Example: Guesty, Cloudbeds, Opera, Hostfully or similar.
CRM Platforms: Experience with Customer Relationship Management software to understand and predict guest behavior and preferences.
Channel Management Tools: Expertise in managing various distribution channels, from OTAs to direct bookings, ensuring price parity and maximum visibility.
What will be a plus?
Proficiency in popular Revenue Management Systems, understanding how to leverage them to optimize pricing and occupancy.
Hands-on experience with data analytics tools such as Excel, Data Studio, Tableau, or
Google Analytics to draw insights from large datasets.
Experience with platforms that offer insights into competitor rates, occupancy, and strategies, such as STR or RateGain.
A strong professional network in the hospitality industry can be an asset for market insights and collaboration opportunities.
