Compensations & Benefits Sr. Coordinator
Site: One Tower
Modality: Modality: Hybrid (70% on site, 30% HO)
Mon to Fri at 9:00 to 19:00 h

Overview
Responsible for overseeing and administering employee compensation programs. Coordinate customer and user requirements to deliver the solution on time. Manage the salary structure of a company, as well as operational plans for variable compensation, through the use of information systems, policies and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Fronting with customers and users, coordinating requirements and deliver solutions on SLA.
- Analyze job descriptions for various positions and determine appropriate base pay (IPE valuation)
- Validate and coordinate the creation of new positions in the organizational structure.
- Analyze and propose market-rates (pricing) for new client programs tabs.
- Coordinate forecast budget for all compensations & benefits programs and ensure compliance.
- Monitors effectiveness of compensation plans
- Supervise policies, processes and operating systems and propose improvements.
- Participate in salary surveys of the market to have a reference of the salary situation and ensure external competitiveness.
Education and specific training
- Bachelor degree: Industrial Engineer, Business Administration, Finance and related
Work Experience
- 5 years experience in Compensations & Benefits
- 3 years in HR and organizational change processes and tools accelerate business results.
- At least 2 years demonstrated management experience.
- 6 months in Call Center experience (desired)
Special Certifications
- IPE System Valuation by Mercer
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow belt certified desired. If internal candidate, must comply with LSS online courses within 3 months

- Business acumen
- Ability to provide strategic thought leadership; build strong relationships with superiors, peers and subordinates; collaborate across the organization; and influence without direct authority
