Job Position: Training and Development Coordinator
Location: Mexico City.
Job Purpose
Design, coordinate, and evaluate training and talent development programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, alignment with company strategic objectives, and continuous improvement in the competencies of unionized personnel, middle management, and executive staff.
Job Requirements
Education: bachelor's degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering or related. Master's preferred.
Experience:
- At least 3 years in a similar role within the automotive manufacturing industry.
- Experience delivering training to unionized workers, middle management, and executives.
- Experience in career planning and onboarding program development.
- Involvement in continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma).
-Technical Knowledge:
-Training Needs Assessment.
- Training KPIs.
- STPS regulations and documentation (DC-3, DC-4).
Conversational English
Certifications:
- DC-5 certification or equivalent instructional credentials.
- Courses or diplomas in organizational development or continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate annual and ad hoc training needs assessments.
2. Design and validate training plans.
3. Deliver training to unionized employees.
4. Manage training for middle and upper management.
5. Monitor training effectiveness using KPIs.
6. Ensure STPS documentation compliance.
7. career and talent development plans.
8. Integrate continuous improvement tools.
9. Promote a learning culture.
10. Participate in internal and external audits.
