Position: Purchasing Intern
Location: Monterrey Manufacturing Center
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3 pm
Responsibilities:
Support to Buyers
Prepare and send purchase orders, ensuring goods and services meet budget and delivery timelines.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, resolve conflicts, and ensure constant communication.
Follow up on purchase orders to ensure conditions and deadlines are met.
Required Skills:
Effective communication skills.
Strong organizational abilities.
Analytical skills for data analysis and decision-making.
Negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with suppliers.
Proficiency in conversational English.
Qualifications:
At least one year remaining to graduate from a university degree.
Strong interest in supply chain management.
Experience in supply chain management is desirable.
Availability to work Monday to Friday, from 7 am to 3 pm.
