Job Description
1.- Coordinating and steering of CHM at the location.
- Initiate, coordinate and execute a systematic, integrated CHM, including evaluation and quality assurance
- Leading the local steering committee/health team
2.- Communication and marketing of CHM at the location
- Organization and implementation of marketing activities regarding CHM and workplace health promotion at the location
- Creating an annual health report for the location
3.- Providing expertise in the field of CHM for the location
- Consulting the location management, ESH management, other managers and other internal functions regarding strategic decisions in CHM and its implementation
4.- Assurance of compliance
- Implementing the quality criteria of the Luxembourg Declaration
- Implementing the internal ESH Standards and the guidelines of CHM
5.- Collaboration with internal and external partners in CHM.
- Cooperation with external service providers such as EAP or providers of workplace heath promotional activities
- Collaboration with Corporate Health
- Supporting the implementation of corporate programs and trainings (e.g. Healthy Leadership, EAP etc.)
6.- Implementation of workplace health promotion.
- Implementation of workplace health promotional programs at the location
Qualifications
- Doctor Medical degree (MD) and valid license to practice the profession
- Minimum 2 years of experience in companies or industries.
- Availability to cover different work schedules.
