Position Objective: To address daily employee needs and resolve disciplinary incidents to safeguard labor stability.
Responsibilities:
Manage voluntary and involuntary terminations, including processing settlements.
Participate in mixed commissions for training, productivity, safety, and hygiene.
Monitor compliance with labor regulations through audits and improvement commitments.
Oversee talent acquisition processes to mitigate labor risks.
Conduct audits on contractor policies and outsourcing compliance.
Ensure accurate payroll management and Kronos system pre-processing.
Uphold quality and environmental system guidelines applicable to the area.
Requirements:
Knowledge of Federal Labor Law and Collective Bargaining Agreements (CCT) and Internal Work Regulations (RIT).
Degree in Law, Psychology, Business Administration, or International Relations.
3+ years in labor relations, recruitment, and ideally training.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and fluent in English (80%).
