THE ROLE:

The Manager II, Application Development leads a team and ensures timely and accurate goal delivery. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, defining priorities, supervising the system development process, and actively participating in the system solutions' analysis, design, and support.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manages 3 to 5 direct reports.

SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED:

• Hands-on development experience with React/Angular as FE and C#/Java/Nodejs as FullStack.
• Proficiency with AEM or APIGEE is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of web services (RESTful APIs, SOAP, HTML, XML, JSON)
• Experience with SQL or NoSQL technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Experience with agile methodologies and CI/CD tooling.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and manage team performance.
• Experience in application development and integration.
• Strong customer and results orientation.
• Excellent technical skills in web applications, APIs, microservices, and software architecture.
• Experience with change management tools and processes.
• Ability to identify system impact for initiatives.
• Experience with global implementations of complex applications.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 4 years of experience with multi-national application implementations.
• Experience in project management.
• Experience with international or multi-level marketing business.
• Experience with cloud-based applications.
• Master's degree in computer science or equivalent.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor's in computer science or equivalent.
