We are looking for a Specialist in International Payment Processing to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and documenting the daily operations of payment processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and troubleshooting. You will work directly with internal and external teams, optimizing workflows, managing international transactions, and overseeing payments to vendors in Europe.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in international payment processing and financial operations (especially cross-border payments).
• In-depth knowledge of international payment processes, including money transfers, interbank payment systems (SWIFT, SPEI, etc.), and money transfer networks.
• Experience in supervising teams and managing daily payment operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
• Experience in data management and reporting (tracking reports, financial data analysis).
• Ability to interact with internal and external teams, as well as resolving transaction-related issues.
• Advanced English skills, with strong interpersonal abilities to collaborate with international teams.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements in financial transactions and international payments.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and document daily payment processing operations.
• Manage and resolve issues related to international transactions and payments.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams (including customer service and escalation teams).
• Monitor and generate reports on the status of transactions and international payments.
• Optimize operational workflows related to payment processing.
• Ensure compliance and timely payments to vendors.
• Manage payment-related data and maintain accurate, up-to-date records.
