We are currently seeking a Software Engineer- .Net Support to join our team in Mexico

Analytical and Functional Skills

• Strong analytical and debugging skills to triage high priority incidents, restore services and provide resolutions
• Ability to understand data flow and business logic in the application and services
• Ability to monitor application health, identify anomalies and take necessary steps Good communication and articulation skills
• Ready to work in 24X7 rotational shifts (with night shift one week in four weeks)
• Good communication skills, ability to mentor team as required.

Technical Skills

• 5-8 years of strong support experience in C# and .NET applications
• Nice to have knowledge of Xamarin mobile application development and support
• Strong understanding on AMQ, MQTT,SQL Server database Good understanding on WebAPI /Odata/REST and Integration
• Experience with the deployment support & documentations.
• Support design, fixes of the applications working with team
