Position Summary:
We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Coordinator with proven experience in manufacturing environments to lead process optimization projects, waste reduction initiatives, and operational efficiency strategies. This role has both practical and strategic responsibilities, directly impacting plant productivity. Ideal for professionals who have participated in plant startups, structural changes, or Lean transformations.
Coordinate cost-saving, efficiency, and process improvement projects.
Lead a team of engineers and collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance departments.
Support the implementation of plant layout and process standardization.
Monitor OEE, scrap, cycle times, and overall productivity KPIs.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement at all organizational levels.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechatronics, Process Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Continuous Improvement or Process Engineering.
Experience leading technical teams.
Knowledge of Lean tools and Six Sigma (Green Belt certification preferred).
Advanced English (mandatory).
Valid visa and passport (occasional travel to the U.S. required).
Advanced Excel and data analysis tools.
