Real Estate Brokerage and Property Management company based in San Antonio is seeking a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative based in Mexico that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment.

Your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Answer incoming sales calls.
• Discussing options for Property Management services.
• Input new leads for RentWerx and SaleWerx and complete initial sales calls.
• Schedule in-home and phone appointments for RentWerx Sales team.
• MLS prospecting.
• Cold calling through the dialer.
• Send weekly Marketing Reports to owners with homes on the market.
• Once a month attend Podium chat after hours.
• Company-wise Daily Zoom Meeting.
• Other duties as assigned depending on seasonal workflow.

Skills and Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Strong English (Spoken/Written)
• 2+ years of experience in commission sales
• Possesses excellent customer service skills
• Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Technical Requirements for the Position: To ensure smooth workflow, you will need the following technical specifications:

• A computer with up-to-date technology, including at least an Intel i5 Processor or AMD equivalent, 8 GB RAM, and a webcam with a microphone/headset (as all-day Zoom meetings are required).
• Reliable and high-speed internet access with a minimum download speed of 20 Mbps and upload speed of 5 Mbps. It's also advisable to have a backup internet plan in case of local outages.

Monthly Commissions are available.
