Job Requirements:
University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration.
Previous experience in personnel administration, payroll analysis, or recruitment and selection.
Advanced written and conversational English skills.
At least 2 years of previous experience in Human Resources.
Experience in the financial sector is desirable.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage the recruitment and selection process for various departments within the company.
Knowledge of preparing and reviewing employee payroll (biweekly), including salaries, wages, deductions, and benefits.
Process and monitor employee leaves, sick days, overtime, vacations, and absences.
Maintain up-to-date employee records and ensure that all incidents related to each employee are properly documented.
Address employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and withholdings.
Promote and ensure compliance with Human Resources policies, as well as labor and safety regulations.
Manage performance evaluations, ensuring that objectives are effectively met.
Handle and resolve labor conflicts while promoting a positive work environment.
Fiscal and Legal Obligations: Calculate tax withholdings, IMSS contributions, Infonavit payments, and retirement fund contributions; prepare reports for the SAT. (Plus)
