Solutions & Service Engineer
A growing, leading multinational robotics company is seeking a Solutions & Service Engineer
Responsibilities:
Providing Technical Assistance:
- Offering on-site and remote support to customers for product installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues.
- Developing a deep understanding of the company's products and staying updated on new features.
Product Demonstrations and Training:
- Conducting product demonstrations and training sessions to educate customers on product capabilities and best practices.
- Creating and delivering technical presentations.
Technical Documentation:
- Developing and maintaining technical documentation, including installation guides, troubleshooting procedures, and application notes
Requirements:
Bacherlor Degree Mechatronics Engineering, Robotics or similar
1 year of experience:
AMR Programming: develop and refine navigation, path planning, and task execution algorithms for Autonomous Mobile Robots.
Customer-Centric Technical Support: Responding to customer inquiries, diagnosing technical issues, and providing timely and effective solutions, both remotely and on-site.
Technical Training and Knowledge Transfer: Creating and delivering comprehensive training materials and conducting on-site sessions to educate customers on AMR operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting, fostering self-sufficiency and operational expertise.
Compensation:
Monthly Gross Salay 30,000 – 35,000
