Requirements:
- 1 years of experience providing technical support to Level 2 and Level 3 users.
- Offer on-site, phone, and chat support.
- Resolve complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely solutions.
- Document and track technical problems and solutions.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- English proficient (must)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintenance, detection, and troubleshooting of computer equipment, mobile devices, and applications.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Basic knowledge of Linux and macOS.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Office (preferably 365).
- Installation of printers/troubleshooting laser and thermal issues.
- Knowledge of Active Directory (password resets, user creation, privilege assignment, group creation and assignment).
- Understanding of networks and diagnostics in TCP/IP protocol.
- User support via ticketing system.
- Management of IT inventory and assets.
