IT Support Analyst

This position is required to handle IT related and internal users service work. The IT relate work include system and application maintenance, information security. reports to the Deputy Head of IT

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Duties will be related to Information Security tasks

Install and Configuration in Windows, Linux

Network security activities

Support users and follow up on internal cases related to information and systems security and prevention

Qualifications

· Education

Bachelor degree or above in Information Technology , Computer systems, related majors

· Skills & Abilities

Skillful in OS operations like install and configuration in Windows,Linux

Knowledge of network security is preferred (no necessary)

Some knowledge in banking Information security regulations and rules

· Other characteristics such as personal characteristics

Optimism, enthusiasm, patient and Loyalty

· Experience (in years)

2 years labor experience is ideal in similar position in Financial Sector (ideal)

Outstanding fresh graduates may be considered as well

· Other Language and %

English Fluent speaking, writing and understanding at a intermediate to advanced level to interact with Chinese colleagues.

Working conditions

Standar working hopurs from Monday to Friday 9am to 6 :00pm and sometimes to extend some few more time if needed

Sometimes overwork and emergency call in evening.
