• Computer or systems technician, or similar career.
• 2 years of experience.
• Organized.
• High sense of urgency.
• Backup and recovery tools
• Network installation and server management
• Hardware diagnostics
• Remote control tools (Teamviewer, Anydesk, etc.)
• Basic computer architecture
• Knowledge of Windows/iOS operating systems
• Office 365
• Equipment inventory
• Management and assignment of e-mails and passwords
• Server administration and maintenance
