Position: Service Telecommunications Administrator
Knowledge:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of basic telephony principals & codecs G711, G722.
- Knowledge of protocols (SIP, MGCP, RTP, H.323) • Experience with Microsoft Teams platform for Telephony (Operator connect & Direct Routing).
- Experience with QoS implementation and troubleshooting are welcome.
- Experience with Wireshark tracing and other trace analysis tools.
- Knowledge of WAN protocols and TCP/IP model.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills in IP telephony and Networking.
- Ability to work well in an international team.
- Must have excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Knowledge of VMware tools required but not mandatory.
- Call Quality Dashboard required but not mandatory
Activities:
- Manage, support and maintaining Microsoft Teams Communication (Operator connect, Direct Routing, Meeting Rooms).
- Manage, troubleshoot and configuring AudioCodes SBC along with OVOC.
- Manage, troubleshoot and configuring user endpoints (Deskphone, Softphone, Mobile Clients).
- Day-to-day operational support and maintenance for Telephony infrastructure and users.
- Knowledge of SIP, ISDN, PRI, BRI.
- Diagnose, resolve, and communicate advanced & complex problems.
- Work on standard service request and incident tickets on daily basis.
- Support to implement low to medium complexity Projects and Tasks.
