The Dealer Network Financial Specialist is responsible for measuring and tracking the profitability of the Nissan Dealer Network to ensure competitive owners remain committed to the brand. This role includes evaluating financial statements, focusing on key financial KPIs such as ROS (Return on Sales), EBITDA, and Fixed Absorption, and analyzing Profit & Loss Statements to drive performance improvements across the network. The specialist will also review financial records through accounting audits, provide consultancy services to enhance dealership profitability, and develop actionable business cases to support strategic decisions.

This executive will prepare and present financial results to managers and directors, ensuring that financial data is utilized effectively for decision-making and growth. Additionally, the position involves managing databases to measure profitability levels and fostering growth among dealer partners by providing tailored recommendations and action plans. The goal is to optimize dealer performance, reduce losses, and enhance overall profitability within Dealer Network.

Responsibilities:

· Measure and monitor Dealer Network profitability.

· Focus on Business Expansion Strategy - Profitable Partners.

· Financial and performance evaluation by business unit (New Cars, Used Cars & Aftersales).

· Develop business cases to measure the impact on business profitability.

· Conduct monthly financial evaluations.

· Analyze financial statements and trends of financial KPIs.

· Provide consultancy to improve Dealer Network profitability results - Quality and Consistency data audit.

· Conduct business reviews with partners - Financial Results.

· Visit networks to improve profitability levels - action plan follow-up in synergy with the Dealer.

· Reduce dealers in loss.

· Develop workshops with the Dealer Network to share best practices, improve financial information quality, and enhance KPIs.

· Administer the Business Management database.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Administration.

· Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Audit, Analysis of Financial Statements, Financial KPIs.

· Measurement and Interpretation of Financial KPIs.

· Understanding and Interpretation of Financial Statements.

· Effective communication with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.

· Advanced English language skills

· Knowledge in Information Systems: Excel (Pivot Tables, Database Management, Formulas).

· Windows Office management: PowerPoint (preparation of Executive Presentations).

Nice to have:

· Experience in Accounting-commercial profile, Audit, or Finance.

· Development of business cases for decision-making

· Work experience in one of the big four firms (consulting and auditing).
