Job Title: Regional Integration Leader for o9 - Remote - MX.

Job Description: We are looking for a highly experienced SAP Techno-Functional Consultant to lead the regional integration of the global central model of o9. The candidate will be responsible for aligning and integrating the system across different business units while ensuring consistency in its implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the functional and technical alignment of the global o9 model at the regional/business unit level, initially integrating with ECC/S4, APO GATP/PPDS, SAC, TGM, Salesforce.
• Provide the required technical and functional expertise to address specific regional requirements identified through FitGap analysis.
• Collaborate with global MDS teams to ensure the delivery of a standardized model that prevents unnecessary regional customizations.
• Identify and adapt key technical and cross-functional processes from the market for successful implementation.
• Provide program updates regarding status and progress in governance forums.
• Execute the regional plan, working closely with global, regional, and PMO teams to meet project milestones on time.
• Support testing and transition processes in the region.
• Provide functional regional insights for risk impact analysis, mitigating risks related to multiple technical and project dependencies.
• Work alongside regional MDS teams (vendors/partners) to ensure technical readiness for deliverables.
• Ensure that all regional business requirements are thoroughly addressed and successfully closed from an MDS perspective.
• Support regional change management strategies for successful implementation.
• Lead the regional integration team in collaboration with MDLZ and partners, ensuring proper resource allocation and milestone clarity.
• Provide necessary information to ensure appropriate contingency planning for integration touchpoints.
• Support project management deliverables with approval of TG/Sprints and risk mitigation plans.
• Ensure project delivery through strong collaboration with internal MDS teams such as DevOps.

Requirements:

• Techno-functional role with a strong problem-solving focus within the SAP ecosystem.
• Senior-level experience in SAP consulting.
• Technical Knowledge:
• SAP ECC/S4: Experience in on-premise (ECC) and cloud (S/4HANA) environments.
• SAP APO (SCM – GATP/PPDS): Advanced planning knowledge within the supply chain.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Senior-level position focused on global SAP solution integration.
