We are growing in Mexico and are looking for a Marketing Analyst to be based in Mexico City. The ideal candidate has experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments and can help scale and manage our rapid growth across Mexico.
Main Responsibilities / What You Will Do
Content Creation and Optimization :
- Craft compelling written content for diverse platforms including Social Media (DVR/USR), newsletters, and communications.
- Develop content that caters to both internal and external audiences, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand messaging.
Trend Research and Engagement Enhancement:
- Stay attuned to current trends in social media and content marketing, utilizing insights to foster higher audience engagement.
- Leverage trending topics and strategies to create content that resonates with target audiences and drives interaction.
Blog Content Strategy:
- Propose and generate valuable, informative content for the Lalamove Blog, establishing the brand as a thought leader within the industry.
Performance Optimization Support:
- Conduct ongoing keyword research to optimize content positioning and contribute to the success of digital campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with the Performance team to assess the performance of keywords in digital campaigns and recommend improvements.
Collaborative Content Development:
- Assist the Marketing Coordinator by providing analysis and content for project briefings, ensuring comprehensive and accurate information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and review content for internal communications, fostering a cohesive message across departments.
Campaign Execution and Management:
- Take charge of scheduling and executing Retention and Acquisition campaigns, ensuring timely and effective delivery to the target audience.
- Manage the scheduling and execution of coupon campaigns, contributing to increased customer engagement and sales.
CRM Management and Oversight:
- Oversee and manage the aspects related to CRM System, ensuring smooth operations and optimal outcomes.
Language and Cultural Translation :
- Provide accurate translations and culturally relevant content from Hong Kong, ensuring effective communication with the target audience.
Monitoring and Reporting :
- Monitor keyword performance in digital campaigns and collaborate with the Performance team to understand their impact on results.
- Collaborate with the Performance team to gain insights into how keywords are performing and utilize data to enhance campaign strategies.
Social Media and Content Trend Insights:
- Continuously analyze trends in social media and content, translating these insights into actionable strategies that drive engagement and growth.
Website edition:
- Manage the optimization and propose the best SEO practices through the website. Generate the strategy for current and new landing pages between departments.
Requirements / What We Seek
- 2-3 years of experience in Marketing
- Management of social networks
- Diploma in Marketing preferred
- Management of Administrative / suppliers
- Advanced English
- Experience in CRM and Hubspot is a plus
