This is the opportunity to do so by joining the Facilities department at The LEGO Group!
Play your part in our team success!
This position will give overall support to the Facilities department while helping in making sure all maintenance assets, maintenance routines, and equipment identification information is loaded into the system according to the LEGO standard with the right maintenance frequency and the right spare parts.
Core Responsabilities
Register and transfer into the new asset maintenance system all current and new asset maintenance/equipment information from SAP System into the new asset maintenance system. Includes: (Asset number, asset name, asset description, location, maintenance routines, frequencies, spare parts etc.)
Supports warehouse leader and shift leader to work together in the implementation of the new system.
Schedule meetings with specialists, shift leaders and operations technicians to update information on equipment, spare parts, and tools.
Management of large asset databases
Making visual aids for the use of the system.
Issue work orders and assign tasks.
Review and close work orders
Issue and place ID equipment labels to all facilities equipment (including equipment pictures, QR Codes etc).
Provide training to required personnel.
Develop system improvements.
Reports project progress
Do you have what it takes?
Education: Active student from 6th semester and above preferably IMA, IME, IIA, IIS or similar bachelor's degree.
Proactive, responsible, and self-driven.
Knowledge of Office tools specially Excel and Powerpoint and a plus if any Power BI knowledge
Good at working individually but also with a team
Good communications written and oral both in Spanish and English.
