Implement a hunter mentality to secure new accounts and partnerships.
CRM and Commercial Control:
Utilize CRM tools to manage and track client interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Maintain control over commercial processes from lead generation to deal closure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless client handover.
Cross-Industry Strategies:
