Our client is a global company working with complex supply chains and high-level business clients. In this role, you'll do more than just answer questions—you'll be a key part of ensuring every order, inquiry, and process runs smoothly from start to finish.
?? What you'll do:
Support B2B clients via email and digital platforms, solving requests completely and clearly.
Work closely with Sales, Technical Support, Supply Chain, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Manage key details like pricing, stock availability, shipping, and order tracking, using tools like JD Edwards, Salesforce, or Oracle Cloud.
Help improve internal processes by documenting issues and sharing suggestions.
Be part of a team that values collaboration, clarity, and continuous improvement.
? Who we're looking for:
1+ year of customer service experience, ideally in B2B or industrial environments.
Advanced English – written and spoken (daily use with global teams).
Comfortable working remotely and independently, with strong prioritization skills.
Familiar with tools like Outlook, Excel, JD Edwards, Salesforce, or similar CRMs.
Organized, detail-oriented, and focused on delivering great service every time.
