Qualifications

• ·Minimum 3 years of experience managing safety, health, and environmental programs in a manufacturing environment.
• ·Experience in machinery, equipment, and facility maintenance.
• •Bachelor's degree in engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Environmental, or Industrial Safety).
• •Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
• •Proficiency in computer systems, including ERP platforms (Plex, Oracle) and computerized maintenance systems.
• •Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• •Experience with budgeting, quotations, and capital expenditure (CapEx) processes.

Key Responsibilities

Safety & Environmental Compliance:

oImplementing and ensuring adherence to ISO 45000 safety standards for employee health and workplace safety.

oMaintaining ISO 14000 environmental compliance for facility operations.

Risk Management & Hazardous Materials Control:

oConducting risk assessments, ergonomic evaluations, and environmental analyses, followed by the execution of corrective action plans.

oDefining and tracking key HSE performance metrics and action plans to meet safety objectives.

oManaging and controlling hazardous materials and chemicals.

Facility & Equipment Maintenance:

oMaintaining the facility's production and supporting machinery, equipment, and infrastructure in optimal working conditions.

oCoordinating external service providers for production machinery, support equipment, and building maintenance.
