We are hiring a Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. We are looking for a creative individual that under minimal direction can provide visual design solutions for print and digital media.
What You Will Be Doing
As a member of the Steelcase creative team, you'll be a part of a global team that touches every aspect of our business and every brand moment that our employees and customers experience. You'll find inspiration working with industrial designers, marketing, and creative professionals around the world - as you translate complex ideas and concepts into compelling human-centered designs and experiences and execution.
Who You Are:
Required Skills and Competencies
- Bachelor's Degree in graphic design or equivalent experience
- +5 Years Professional Design Experience
- Advanced English is a must.
- Strong art directions skills
- Experience in design solutions across multiple mediums (video, print, web, mobile, etc.)
- Ability to bring abstract ideas and concepts to life through a creative lens
- Experience with print and fabrication materials and their associated costs
- Ability to present brand image and strategic graphic intent to outside vendors.
- Ability to interact with all levels of people from contractors to executives.
- Ability to create visually stunning motion graphics for various digital media platforms
- Ability to handle multiple projects and accelerated timelines
- Strong portfolio of sample projects including static and motion graphics
- Experience in motion graphics
Preferred Skills and Competencies
- Ability to provide appealing design solutions that are cutting edge with current trends as well as effective in responding to customer requirements.
- Ability to create compelling visual solutions.
- Experience with accelerated timelines
- Thorough knowledge of graphics communications and related tools and technologies
