- Do you have a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field?
- Do you have at least 3 years of work experience in payroll activities?
- Do you have previous experience using payroll systems?
- Do you have a solid understanding of tax, accounting, and payroll law requirements?
- Are you familiar with labor law?
- Are you fluent in English?

As our Payroll Analyst, you will be responsible for performing weekly payroll processing– key time, making corrections, auditing, processing to an external vendor, receiving and loading payroll back into HRIS, and performing File Maintenance for employees.
You will be in charge of preparing periodic reports of earnings, taxes, and deductions, solving payroll discrepancies to ensure employees are paid correctly, processing all wage assignments & garnishments per state and federal law, and maintaining SAP and HRIS tables updated and accurate.
What do you need to be successful:
- Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration. or related.
- 3 years of experience preparing weekly, biweekly, and special payrolls (year-end bonuses, bonuses, profit sharing, vacation pay, etc.) for approximately 1,000 employees.
- Calculation of income tax (ISR) and final settlements.
- Management of social security: registrations, cancellations, salary modifications, disabilities, SUA-IDSE.
- Attention to audits, IMSS withholdings, Infonavit.
- Calculation of superior benefits, grocery vouchers, and savings funds.
- Proficient in pivot tables.
- Experience with payroll ERP systems such as Human Eland.
- Advanced English (essential).
