We are looking for a self motivated person that helps us to:
• Contribute to the design of organizations (skills, resources, processes) to suit business challenges
• Coordinates, with the site leader, the resources / business needs within the framework of the organization. (Full-end cycle recruitment and selection)
• Lead the implementation of change management processes
• Coordinate and guarantee that the HR processes and programs are correctly carried out around the company values, including ethics and compliance
• Contribute to people development (key talents and individual cases in line with regulations and values)
• Drive Learning and Development initiatives at site level
• Contribute to occupational health
• Assure the correct payroll process
Requirements of the position:
- Bachelor´s degree in related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- English advanced level
- Experience with learning programs, leadership topics, leadership with managers, operations experience, and coaching
