Job Title: Customer Order Analyst

Position Responsibilities:

o Assist incoming calls to BOC (Business Ops Center) from external customers in search of supplies fortheir radiographic equipment.

o Maintain fluid communication with the customer whenever necessary through outgoing calls.

o Guide or process queries in a timely manner for internal/external customers requesting support.

o Understand and interpret customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.

o Provide internal or external customer satisfaction with continuing effort to improve our services.

o Follow up on customer's complaints helping in the investigation, gather the necessary information untilresolution.

o Update of the essential information files needed for the department's reports.

o Be aware of all the internal processes necessary to fulfill in the best way all the purchase requisitions ofour external customers.

o Meet team metrics and service levels.

o Know and apply the necessary approvals as indicated in the approval matrix, to comply with theprocesses that require it.

o Appropriately escalate defects or potential risks to the Team Lead.

o Detailed tracking of all FCA customer orders until delivery.

o Obtain and provide our customers with the necessary documentation as proformas, commercial invoiceedition, certifications, etc. for their import processes.

o Maintain communication with the different areas of the company to guarantee export shipments.

Required Skills & Education:

-High School Diploma

-English 80% spoken & written

-Good oral and written communication

-Analytical, Problem solving

-Proactive thinking, Self-management

-Teamwork

-Customer friendly

-1 years experience in customer service

Desired Skills:

• 1 year experience in export process
• International Commerce Bachelor Degree
• SAP knowledge
• Portuguese language skills
