MAINLY DUTIES

• Tracking of truckloads for inbound and outbound with customers, manufacturing sites and distribution centers.
• Maintain and ensure system is on time updated on shipment information, pick ups, rates and deliveries.
• Support traffic activities to comply with company and customer needs and methods auditing carrier performances.
• Prepare application and permits for border crossing of import / export, including control certifications and licenses (documents control).
• Maintain logs and compile information on routes, rates and services on various vendors.
• Analyze and report on logistics performance.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree related with Logistics/Trade/International Commerce
• Experience NOT necessary
• Proficient English Communications Skills
• Available to work on rotating shifts (8:00am-5:00pm/ 2:00pm-11:00pm)
• Work Week: Monday to Friday + One day "on call" during the weekend
• Urgency Sense, Good Organization Skill and priorizing task
