The Finance Director will be responsible for planning, leading, and overseeing the company's financial, accounting, and tax activities, ensuring full compliance with current regulations in both the U.S. and Mexico. The role focuses on optimizing resources and maximizing business profitability.

Profile

A successful Finance Director should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial roles, ideally within the transportation or logistics industry
• At least 5 years in a financial leadership position
• Proven experience in annual budgeting, financial reporting, and board presentation preparation
• Strong knowledge of U.S. tax filings and established relationships with accounting firms
• Experience managing cross-border financial operations (U.S. and Mexico)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Fully bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Valid U.S. visa
