As a Global Total Rewards Analyst, you will play an important role in ensuring that the HPS compensation programs are competitive, compliant, and accurately maintained within our E-People system. You will act as an SME with internal stakeholders and provide in depth peopleanalytics and marketresearch to help identify developing gaps in Compensation programs.
?KEY RESPONSABILITIES
Conducts market research and benchmarking to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive within the industry includes annual survey submissions
Assists in the design and implementation of compensation structures, including salary bands, incentives, and bonuses.
Collaborates with HR and department heads to review and approve salary adjustments, promotions, and bonus recommendations for individual contributor level positions.
Supports Manager, Global Total Rewards with cyclical compensation processes such as Merit, Annual bonus, Salary
Planning etc.
Conducts regular compensation audits to ensure equity and compliance with legal regulations.
Collaborate with the Analyst, HRIS to conduct data integrity audits in E-people
Maintains job architecture and position automation in E-people system ensuring job grades/pay scales assigned to job are accurate
Utilizes E-people (UKG) and other data sources to collect, analyze, and interpret HR metrics and trends.
Conducts deep-dive analytics to identify insights and patterns in employee data that can inform HR strategies and decision-making
Responds to ad hoc data requests from various stakeholders, including senior management and external auditors.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights for strategic planning and decision-making.
Ensures data accuracy and integrity in all ad hoc reports.
?SKILLS
?Advance proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience with Mercer IPE & UKG Business Intelligence are assets
