Job Title: Master Production Planner

Job Description: Identify, evaluate, and sequence the demand for our units required by customers. Activate and maintain the parameters of critical installed capacities (bottlenecks). Schedule the manufacturing of MRP items and control inventories. Meet the on-time delivery indicator for business units. Monitor and/or support the achievement of the monthly PTO target. Monitor the compliance with the production plan.

Responsibilities:

• Effective planning of items via MRP.
• Review system-planned orders, analyze planned item movements, confirm and release orders.
• Continuous monitoring of the status of production orders via MRP.
• Inventory accuracy.
• Develop and propose cycle counts for material handlers, inventory analysts, and/or production leaders.
• Monitor the planning function (Gantt Chart) regarding capacities (manufacturing and material availability) through the planning system installed in the ERP.
• Production planning.
• Create metrics (PTO, critical sub-assembly compliance, delay rate, OEE, on-time deliveries).
• Ensure order fulfillment.
• Control cycle inventories.
• Generate purchase requirements after capacity analysis.

Requirements:

• Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• +5 years of experience as a Master Production Planner, Planner Production Sr, Coordinator of Production or Materials in the Manufacturing, Metalworking, Automotive, Refrigeration, or related industries.
• Experience in personnel management.
• Advanced English.
• SAP proficiency.
