Maintenance Engineer

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining our organization's industrial equipment. Your duties will include creating a maintenance plan, maintaining the equipment, and managing the maintenance budget.

Responsibilities:

• Manage tool refurbishment and repair operations.
• Industrialize new tools, including replacements and quality improvements.
• Support tool transfers.
• Conduct tool audits.
• Manage tool inventory and data collection.
• Oversee tool capacity.
• Manage the maintenance budget and roadmap.
• Enhance material productivity.

Additional Functions:

• Sustain data collection for cost and quality analysis.
• Propose and industrialize quality improvement ideas.
• Utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Manage the tools database within the CMMS.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance engineering or a similar role.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of industrial equipment maintenance and repair.
• Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
