AWL Automation Mexico is a branch of AWL-Techniek in Harderwijk, The Netherlands, a leading Global Company in manufacturing industry. We design and build production systems for the automotive and metalworking industries where automated (laser) welding machines play a vital role. We are an open, progressive and innovative organization with a culture highlighted by almost 800 people worldwide who put the customer first.

We have a strong ambition to further grow in the Mexican market for the upcoming years. We expect to expand with the automotive and metal processing industry to fulfill the needs for automated welding machines solutions. Nowadays we employ a young and growing team of approximately 60 employees and we are looking for an enthusiastic HR Trainee who wants to be part of our growing team to shape the future!

What are you going to do?

· Assist to Universities Programs and Fairs for Recruitment Program

· Travel Management (Booking and Planning resources for Business trips)

· Guarantee the delivery and administration of the resources and tools for employees

· Support of Training Program

· Develop administrative tasks of the Deparment

What do you bring with you?

· Bachelor's Degree in Management, Communication or similar.

·Good communicaton and social skills.

·Organized and committed.

·Interest in administrative tasks (travel management), and University programs.

·Self-starting and proactive mentality

·High interest of learning and acquiring new skills.

· Fluent English level (written and spoken).
