Responsibilities:

• Develop strong procurement capabilities within NA for facility services.
• Maintain contact with internal stakeholders to understand demand and future trends.
• Support the development of regional category strategies to achieve objectives at the lowest possible cost.
• Implement strategies within the portfolio to achieve strategic objectives.
• Apply the company's strategic sourcing methodology: conduct spend analysis, evaluate market intelligence, develop market analyses, and diversify the supplier portfolio.
• Develop supplier partnerships to drive the growth strategy with innovation and technology.
• Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders and promote regional spending.
• Negotiate framework agreements and resolve supplier performance issues.
• Ensure coordination within NA and globally with the company.
• Optimize and continuously improve service quality through collaboration with stakeholders.
• Reduce working capital by negotiating payment terms and long-term plans.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Law, Economics, or Supply Chain.
• Strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills in English.
• Over 4 years of negotiation experience in English.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and function effectively under pressure.
• 3-5 years of US procurement experience in relevant categories.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
• Experience in the F&F industry, including understanding of certifications, regulations, and REACH.
• Proficiency with Office 365, procurement tools, and sourcing tools.
• Experience supporting plants in the areas of environmental services, industrial cleaning, janitorial, water treatment, cafeteria, pest control, etc.
• ?CPSM/ISM certification preferred.

Salary Range: 40k MXN monthly
