Descripción
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team. You will be a key contributor to the success of our sales team. You will be primarily responsible for creating quotations for important spare parts, processing purchase orders, and managing inquiries that arise from customers after purchasing equipment. You will provide exceptional customer service by connecting the sales team with our customers, work under pressure, have English as a must, work as a team and have ease of communication.
Responsibilities
· Google/NAS Sales Department Folder Management
· Constantly updated quotation list
· Constantly updated order list.
· Specification Management Headquarters Q&A
· Accounts Receivable and Payment Management (including internal)
· Shipping List Management
· Business Travel Agenda Management.
· Preparing for a Sales Meeting
· Sales Business Report Management.
· Sales Management (including domestic sales)
· Commission Summary
· Equipment Inventory
· New Customer Company Registration (including domestic customers)
· NDA Management of Multiple Contracts
· Installation Report 3rd Management
· Report: Sales/Order Performance/EstimateCustomer ManagementAgency Management in Mexico and America.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience minimum 2 years
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· ERP
· Ingles 80% written and spoken
