Objective:
Customer service for external and internal clients (Parents, Students, and Staff).
General Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls and providing customer service for parents.
- Selling promotional items and keeping inventory updated.
- Registering and managing car pools.
- Maintaining a register of student and teacher tardies.
- Assisting the Scholarship department with handing out applications and receiving paperwork.
- Supporting the Admissions department (taking messages, receiving parents).
- Assigning barcodes and printing them.
- Scanning barcodes for students departing to the cafeteria, daycare, or leaving through the reception area.
- Delivering official paperwork (letters, report cards, transcripts).
- Delivering yearbooks.
- Assisting with preparation week.
Job Profile
Knowledge:
- Knowledge of software and computer applications (Word, Webpage, Skyward, etc.).
- Fully bilingual.
