The Customer Program Manager is responsible for customer on boarding, project timelines and costs control, and facilitate the flow of information in all project phases.
Job Responsabilities:
Program leader managing schedule and execution of the design, qualification, pricing, tooling, testing, product manufacturing, ECO, quality, inventory control, EOL, ect.
Manage detailed specifications and BOM, TOPs model, testing report and all the key milestones communication with the customer and internal stakeholders
Assures appropriate Specification documentation, tracking, storage and revision control.
Coordinates New product design scheduling and delivery
Participates in Quality assurance audits of suppliers and customer visit as necessary
Coordinates Customer Forecast and Purchase Orders with ME and SC teams
Assure Supplier and Customer Contract Pricing up-to-date
Work with senior management team to ensure contract negotiations are accomplished piror to program lunch
Ensure business model is defined and all process steps documented and risks analized
Work with customer and internal teams to manage system set-up
Lead the customer audits and related on boarding proceduresC
Coordinate technical problem solving
Overall management for the customers' compliance requirements
Eductation / Experience
Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Business Management
3+ years relevant work experience in packaging or related field
Program leadership
Technical and problem solving skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills- verbal & written
Good documentation skill
